When you fill out a contact form or book a consultation, we collect:

What the System Records Automatically
Each form submission also captures the following, used for anti-spam and source analysis:
- IP country (country/region code, e.g. “CN”; not the exact IP address)
- Browser User-Agent string
- URL of the page where you submitted the form
Where It’s Stored
Your submissions are stored in the Cloudflare D1 database (daimonia-leads), hosted on Cloudflare’s global data centers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized internal personnel only.
How We Use It
The information we collect is used for exactly two things:
- Replying to you: processing your inquiry and scheduling follow-up conversations
- Preventing abuse: identifying and filtering spam submissions
We don’t use your information for ad targeting, data analytics products, or any purpose unrelated to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
Retention & Deletion
We don’t have an automatic purge schedule, but you can ask us to delete your record at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my information” and we’ll process it within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.
